Zakiyyah Ali is a Project Associate and Researcher at New York University (NYU), a Student Teacher Supervisor for Peace Corps Fellows at Teachers College, Columbia University and an Instructor for the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture’s Junior Scholar 
Program. She is a Virginia State University FANatic holding a Political Science degree and an Educational Administration and Supervision Degree from this esteemed HBCU. In addition, she is a politics and history groupie! .
